PRODUCTION PROCESS:

The part of the Sacha Inchi plant that is used to create Our Delicious Vanilla Inca Shake is the seed of the fruit. To create thefinest quality Inca Shake our selected Sacha Inchi seeds undergo a process of shelling, grinding and extrusion and then mixedwith a natural source of stevia and a dash of the finest natural vanilla aroma.

INTENDED USE:

The Vanilla Inca Shake protein powder has a functionality that allows it to enrich a great variety of food. It can be added tosmoothies, health shakes and in flour compositions for baking. It is hydrated with facility forming gels and emulsions thatallows it to be resistible to a wide range of thermal treatments, even in presence of salt.

SHELF LIFE:

The shelf life of the Vanilla Inca Shake is 24 monthsgiven that the product is stored at room temperature,protected from direct sunlight and below a humidity of 60%.
